Delivery

Standard Delivery (First Class Recorded):
For most orders over the value of £15, shipping will be by 'Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery' and all UK orders will incur £3.95 post and packaging regardless of cost or quantity. Overseas orders will be charged at £8.95 per order but may incur additional charges should the order be expensive to ship.

Orders are usually dispatched within a 24-48 hour period in normal circumstances but may fall outside this period if stock is waiting to be received from one of our suppliers. Delivery can be to a home or work address, whichever is most convenient. When you order you will be asked to choose a delivery address, whereby you can enter your chosen delivery address within the UK.

Delivery Notes
Whilst we try to ensure that all items advertised are in stock and delivered within 3 to 5 working days of order placement, occasionally some items may be temporarily unavailable and could take from 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If delivery problems occur at our suppliers, and the delivery is going to be longer than this then we will notify the customer of this and offer a Credit Card refund without any delay if the customer desires this.

Post and Packaging:
Delivery charges include packaging costs! Regardless of what the order consists of, a standard charge of £3.95 will be applied to all orders. This charge is applicable if a customer orders one small product or one hundred products - the charge remains the same. This standard method of post and packaging charge is one of the most common for internet stores and the most straightforward to apply - hence the reason 'we use it'!
