Delivery

Standard Delivery Post & Packaging is applied to orders at a total cost of £2.95. This service takes between 1 - 3 days.

Our standard delivery service applies to the majority of the UK Mainland. Remote parts of the UK and any delivery that involves a sea crossing may be subject to further charges, we will always advise you of this in advance of accepting your order.

FREE DELIVERY will be applied on orders of £50 or more ! Simply fill your shopping basket to the value of £50 and at the checkout stage you will be given the FREE DELIVERY option before you complete your order.

Please note as with any mail order company, delivery is out of our control once Royal Mail has taken responsibility for the package.

In the event that Royal Mail or our couriers return goods as un-deliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the costs of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

Delays

Where delays have been caused by events outside of our control, we cannot accept any liability for any delays, losses or problems caused.

Returns

We offer a 30 day 100% no quibble money back guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are disatisfied with your purchase simply send back to us 'un-used & un-opened' and we will refund immediately without any questions. Please contact us for a returns number, this enables us to deal with your refund quickly & efficiently.

It is advised if returning goods that you use Special/Recorded Delivery. Return costs are the customers responsibility. If goods are genuinely faulty, we will reimburse your postage costs up to the maximum of £5.20.

If a product turns out to be faulty then we must be notified within 60 days from receipt of your order or we will not be obliged to replace them.
